At NIKFIT, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
- Sale / discounted products
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Size Exchange
Need a different size? We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
Damaged / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for quick resolution.
Return Shipping
- If the issue is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For size exchanges or other returns, shipping charges may apply.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
